The Tour of Homes is the major fund raising event of the San Carlos Rotary. Each year, usually during the month of February, about six homes in the San Carlos area are visited. They are selected to give the visitor a unique opportunity to see a wide range of the homes available in San Carlos. Visitors on the tour will be treated to a variety of architectures, furnishings, and vistas. Some transportation will be provided but others may be asked to drive their own cars when member cars are filled. The tour ends with a margarita party at the San Carlos Country Club.

This year's tour was held on the 9th of February and visited seven San Carlos homes. The tour started at the Country Club parking lot. Afterwards a margarita party was held at the Country Club followed by a raffle and auction. The raffle and auction included items from many categories including free meals at local restaurants, gifts for the home, art objects, and sporting activities. The cost for the tour was 250 pesos. Raffle tickets were $10 pesos each or $50 pesos for 6. As always, tickets are sold by any Rotarian or can be purchased between 9 AM and 12 at Banamex. All of the proceeds from the Tour of Homes goes to the education of students in the San Carlos Area.
